Engineering a runabout with Slipstream

He goes to his quarters which he turned into a office and a blueprint factory. The first blueprint he gets is the slipstream/warp drive prototype for a runabout. He then goes to the Holodeck and punches in the blueprint ID and starts working on the slipstream. During the first hour, he asks the computer to calculate the slipstream field along with the events of warp in of the new runabout that he is making. The computer says "Can't calculate mass please input mass calculation." Damn it he forgot to put the mass of the new runabout in his calculations. Back to the drawing board. So he starts calculating every inch with the new hull and slipstream/warp drive integrated into the shuttle.
The first calculation is how much material is he using. He is thinking of making a Delta Flyer runabout with slipstream/Warp core integrated and have a small engineering section for it. Next on the list is him asking the Captain to let him make it and fly it, so he will need advanced helm control training. He got off track, on his thinking so he also needs to make a strong casing for the slipstream/warp core but have ten times the coolant needed to stay safe. So the material has to be combined with both warp and slipstream core materials along with a radiation bank to put full power to both at the same time. Core can't wait to try this out in space.
After calculating the mass he says "Computer, put mass at Delta Flyer MK2 and Yellow Stone Runabout together. After that split the Runabout and put in new systems created on this holodeck when I say." Computer says "To big for shuttle bay." "Then make the runabout main hull with Delta Flyer Mk2 engineering section built on back to extend it and make a engineering section have a engineering replicatior within it." Computer says "Fits within shutte bay but mass exceeds parameters of new systems." "Computer disregard new systems until I say otherwise." "Computer, Save and change to Core's Slipstream/Warp core program then put on Core's tablet as a file and quit program." Computer says "Done."
