First day in Engineering and it's a blast. These consoles need updating with algorithms to help us against the Suliban and others that would do the Roddenberry harm. I am still at post during this log. Chief seems to be distant and not that commanding like a chief should. Maybe the Hu-Ma-n commander needs to talk with him. Inventions need work, but Roddenberry needs the most work to keep the Suliban off of us. Going to do a self learning algorithm that starts out small and uses all Starfleet algorithms and our engineering algorithms to make this faster and smarter and put the Suliban as the enemy and kill on contact and use their cloaking against them by making the bubble permeant and close off their air within the anomaly using a Suliban air weakness. Well back to work. Going to ask chief after this and show him my plan. I think it would work but not going to tell him about the self learning algorithm either.
