Joint Duty Log: Continued from Sim - Autopsies continued.

Heather moved to the last little body that really hadn't been that far along in development. In essence, the body had barely started to develop at this point. Heather did not like that this has happened, but there was nothing she could do to change it now. "Setting the recording for Midori/Madori infant patient 1." Heather looked to Persia to see if she was doing alright or if she looked like she needed a breather from all this death.

Persia looked at the infant and frowned "It is sad such a thing happened it didn't even have a chance.

"No it did not have a chance," Heather said sadly moving to scan the infant with the biobed scanners getting a holographic representation of the baby, "Computer continues the rate of maturity to its final conclusion and creates a holographic representation," Heather ordered.

"I wonder what gender it would have been." She said curiously yet still with a frown.

"From these scans and the accelerated maturity rate of growth, female," Heather said looking at the baby a little closer. "Well, that's strange." She frowned. Pointing to part of the scan, there's a double heart here, but she also was born with double iris," Heather said actually surprised looking at the other two bodies.

"I guess 1F and 1M are a mated pair this baby is there's since the baby has both genes." Persia thought allowed, "I assume the double heart is a trait for active members of the race. Or maybe it comes from the planetary atmosphere." Persia added, "Maybe two hearts are meant to oxidize the air. As for the eye's it is probably meant for the environment as well maybe these people lived in caves underground to escape the irradiated heat from the planet's star. Which would mean this baby should have lived if it was already born and developed it would have had the ability to resist the environment more so than its parent's."

"I don't know if it was to help oxidate the air then both races would but only one race has the double heart. as for the other race being photosensitive, I believe you may be correct. One race may live underground while the other above, however, could also shed light as to their hierarchy. If so it is suggesting that one race believes themselves better or above the other race." Heather was mostly speculating out loud her curious thoughts rambling at some point as to the possibilities.

"Hmm maybe if that is the case maybe 1F felt differently and wanted to unite the races perhaps? so she breads with 1M to show that it is possible. And the double heart is to help oxidize the blood flow."

"Computer scan the location these two were found and extrapolate their position before being beamed on board," Heather ordered,

"Extrapolation complete."

"activate holo-imaging," Heather said as the computer beeped and the holographic emitters showed the two in each other's arms when they were found. "You may be right Persia, I believe that this couple is definitely a mated pair," Heather said turning to look at Persia. "We should let the captain know our findings, we may have found the start of a civil war."

"Maybe the atmosphere had low air from the radiation? And aye. She would need to know."

"That is a possibility as well." Heather said with a nod, "still there is nothing more to be found here. other than using a few samples to help us make stronger anti-radiation options." Heather added, "I'll set up burial for the there together," Heather said knowing it was a space burial as was usual.
